Twitching in upper lips

There is twitching in my upper lips middle from 2 days. Not constantly once in a day sometime. It twitches fast. I have neck pain and cervical problem. My face and neck muscle pulls. Xan this be due to it or some other cause?

Many things can cause lip twitching. Are u on any medicine? Is there twitching in eye? Stress, anxiety, low calcium levels, low potassium levels, steroids, hemifacial spasm and more can cause lip twitching . Dystonic tremors also be ruled out due to face and neck muscle pull.
