  4. TVS report. Be our next steps from here?

My wife is 39 years old. After two miscarriages, we underwent IVF using a donor egg. We had two embryos transferred on 25th April. Today, we had a TVS (transvaginal ultrasound), and I have attached the report. Could you please let me know whether the report looks normal? Also, what should be our next steps from here?
