Yes u should avoid Isoniazid and pyrazinamide affects on liver and alcohol is hepatotoxic so it increases chances of heaptitis *i think u are also on rifampicinp

Yes because it's a risk factor for tuberculosis drug induced hepatotoxicity that means you are at risk of having drugs related side effects if you are a chronic alcoholic,more than a normal person who takes tb drugs, advice to avoid as it affects your response to the treatment and severity of disease if drugs doesn't suit you
