I was diagnosed with abdominal tb 1 year ago (confirmed by cect and fnac) completed my AKT course recently but my doctor asked me to get a ultrasound done to re check the size of nodes instead of whole abdomen cect . Is ultrasound right test to assess the situation as I have done few ultrasound and it is very hard to find even if there are swollen nodes in stomach.

Hello noted above history and related concerns. As you mentioned above your dr advised to get tests done so follow Him as he knows better response since past one yr. Although in such cases lab clinical and sonography findings needs correlation
