I would very strongly advice you to continue your TB medications if you are not having any serious side effects. you have already taken TB meds for 2.5 months and you have  3.5 months of treatment left ,if you are on Cat 1 treatment. if you stop  your treatment or change meds on your own or by other dr ( unless otherwise specified )you may get resistant TB later on. some ques, pl 1.I am not sure why you wish to see a private dr when govt hospital is treating you free.? 2.are or is your symptoms not improving ? 3.are you having any side effects.? 4. you must be on Isoniaziad and Rifampicin by 2.5 months of treatment, plus vit B6.is this correct?
