Hello Dr. I'm suffering with mdr Tb, am in medication from14 months but still have cough severe fatigue sputum. Now using ethambutol, ethimoid, pyridoxin, cycloserine, tablets but still chest pain and fatigue. Please suggest any treatment to remove sputum from chest causing breathing problems

Hi It's good that you are taking the medications properly. Complete the drug for 2 years. Definitely you have these symptoms. Fatigue will be there. If chest pain follow up with Xray. Take care
