Sir i have upload my reports my mtb is detected but i have also done cb naat in that my afb is not seen so what does this means do my tb is gone or not

CBNAAT positive means u have tuberculosis , continue to use tuberculosis drugs regularly, CBNAAT is more sensitive than smear test.

You have TB.pl continue ATT. For afb,to become positive, more no of bacilli are necessary. cb not is more sensitive. So continue ATT,as prescribed.,by Pulmonologist.

No you definitely have MTB. Pcr is more sensitive than afb stain. You need to start ATT immediately
