Attaching report. Last cycle we tried conceiving after HCG trigger shot and drydoboon. My periods are 29-31 days on point. Last year had ectopic. Left tube was checked and was normal. I had fibroids earlier but were smaller than this and during last ectopic pregnancy had bulky uterus now again after negative UT we got sonography do e and this is the report. Are there any chances to conceive? Amh is 1.04 . I am very stressed and disheartened listening to doctors suggestion of egg freezing , low ivf success chances, and then finally adoption as option. Please help
