TTC from last 4 years

TTC from last 4 years ,miscarrige in 2020 but after that not able to conceive. Laproscopy done on 8 th july 2023 and doctor told hav tuberculosis in uterine cavity , suggested 6 month tablets . It already been 4 month m still not pregnant kindly suggest next course of action , as m literally very depressed and frustrated plz suggest plz
