Why we are going for TT injection(Though it will take 2 weeks of time to produce antibodies ) instead of TIG (Tetanus immuno globin) which actively fight the germs when injected?? PS: Cat scratched my hand last day and blood came a little bit and therefore I went to hospital where they gave me TT injection.

TT is given as a booster.. U already have antibodies.. U need to take rabies vaccination and immunoglobulin instead
