Hello Doctor!My mother is a hypothyroid patient..She is very thin..Her thyroid report comes TSH level is 10.14 please suggest medicine

Need to take proper history and if she has classical symptoms of hypothyroidism then need to start with medication other wise if she is absolutely fine with out symptoms need to repeat it after 3 months later then have a follow up  ( wait and watch) If at all symptoms present then need to start with TAB. THYRONORM ( LEVO THYROXIN ) 25 MCG  on empty stomach.
