I got my body check up done and My T3 and T4 are normal but my tsh is 7.390 uIU/ml. What does it indicate

Only TSH is high and < 10 indicates u have subclinical hypothyrodisum. So what u need to do is get anti TPO antibody test which is again a blood test. In subclinical hypothyrodisum usually do not treat until TSH is > 10 or any of the following are present 1. Anti TPO antibody positive 2. If u have neck swelling 3. Pregnancy and infertility 4. Heart disease or high cholesterol levels 5 depression or treatment for depression.
