TSH is increased
Hi sir/ ma'am
I'm 27 years old and diagnosed with TSH with 135 last year and it was normal with 125mg eltroxin in two months (before pregnancy)
When I'm carrying I have used 125 mg and my doctor suggested to use 100mg after delivery.
I have used 100 mg from November to January. In January TSH is normal we went hospital for general check up and
As per the general physician I have started using 50 mg from Feb 1st, today I have gone through the test and it is 43.380.
Please can you suggest what should I do now? In my area hospital are not available and due to lockdown we do not have option to visit hospital.
Why did ur gp reduce the dose?? Were u having any discomfort palpitations etc or was ur tsh lower than normal??
If with 100 mcg ur tsh was in the normal zone it's better to go back to 100 for the time being.

You need to increase the dose of thyroxine back to 100 ug. Your TSH was well controlled on 100 ug dose in January and you should have continued the same dose. Take it for 6 weeks and re test and please consult in person or online via teleconsult.
