Hello, I am 30 years old having PCOS. was on 25 mcg thyronorm pills. its been 10 days from my missed periods and i am positive for pregnancy. when we comsulted doctor , my tsh report was 40 mlIU my doctor has pescribed 75mcg dosage Will this dosage reduce my tsh level and keep baby unharm

Yes. It will reduce the level of TSH. Some doctors want to build level of hormones slowly. Your Doctor believes in that philosophy.

U need to repeat tsh every 45 days Maintain tsh less than 2.5 in first trimester n less then 3 till delivery
