I have been taking tryptomer 10mg to 50mg since long time 7 yrs approx. do i need to go for any blood test? is there any effect on any oragan like liver, kidney, heart

U can do a routine blood test like RBS, LFT, RFT and an ECG. Usually there are no organ damage with these medications
