I have been taking tryptomer 10mg to 50mg since long time 7 yrs approx. do i need to go for any blood test? is there any effect on any oragan like liver, kidney, heart

U can do a routine blood test like RBS, LFT, RFT and an ECG. Usually there are no organ damage with these medications

It is advisable to undergo a regular ECG if you're taking Amitriptyline (medical name of Tryptomer). And it is always good to ensure you're getting your routine blood counts, kidney function tests and liver function tests every 1-2 years.

You have been prescribed low doses of Amitryn, hence relatively safe on most organs However do keep a check on your weight, BMI, regular BP and blood sugar monitoring, yearly lipid profile, LFT, RFT Incase you have heart problems do get an ECG as well
