My pelvic scan says normal size non gravid anteverted uterus heterogeneous myometrium echo pattern. No intra or extra uterine cyesis is seen Noted at the rt adnexae is a cystic mass measuring about 50mm×59mm in size Posterior portion is a hypoechoic mass. Please what does it mean.
