Trying to convince last 3 months

I have done preconception checkup . All blood test levels are good including harmone . My periods are regular 28 days mostly . In second half of cycle I'm experiencing low energy and dizzy ness in all these time . Is it my body trying to conceive and making me feel so? I got my periods exactly on 28 days even while trying to conceive . But no pms pain last time but it's dizzy and fatigue. I'm 5 feet tall weighing 68kg now. I avoid snacking earlier as I'm overweight, and I don't feel hungry too. Now due to fatigue I'm eating out sometimes and hungry too , snacking in between again raising my weight . How to avoid gaining weight further or reduce as I'm trying to conceive .

Fatigue and weakness is not due to that u are trying to conceive. Try to reduce your weight first as your BMI falls into obese range. Do regular exercises and meet a dietician. Connect for further information and management
