Heĺlo mam i m trying to conceive since last 10 months but unable to conceive my husband's sperm count is30 millions and motility is 74 and all my reports like thyroidAMH etc are normal and my periods are regular my egg counts are normal and it got rupture this month plss help doc my doc advice me to take nidagen this month until I get my periods plss tell what may be the reason for not getting period
