Does duphaston necessarily increase pregnancy chances. I have taken for 3 months and i am not yet pregnant. We have been trying to conceive for 1 year with no success yet. i visited my gyn he prescribed duphaston to regulate my periods. periods are ok now but not yet pregnant.

U need to gt urself investigated. A husband's semen analysis if not done earlier s needed too. Also only duphaston ll not help. U need to b on ovulation induction , follicular monitoring and timed intercourse accordingly
