I am 29 years old female ,got married on dec 2024, planning for a baby from last 3 months, have visited doctor also in january 2025 for check up, seems every thing normal as per blood report checked by doctor,period cycle is 30 days,taking (Mvista)tablet suggested by doctor from January, i am also taking (Ashok -saraca indica) flower-powder now, please let me know does ashok flower powder have any side effect during conceive or trying for pregnancy

If everything is normal then don't worry. You should wait for one year after marriage before starting medicine. Take healthy diet. Do daily exercise and yoga. Avoid stress.
