I met a road accident a year ago. After that I'm suffering from keloid on shoulder. When I consult a doctor they told me to go for injection treatment. Tenderness is: it's pinkish, about 2×1cm. Is injection treatment is safe? Can I get rid of this permanently by any other ways?

Injecting in keloid in the safe and best option. Sometimes multiple injections are required You should consult your nearby Dermatologist about the details of the injections.
