Our child of 2 and a half year is having troubles with learning new words. He does not speak much and even what he says is not clear. We have tried many ways but have not seen very good results so far. Will he get it over with time or we should see some specialists? Also please some home remedies that we can try?

Please ensure that his hearing is fine. Also is he understanding simple words/directions. No home remedies but do take a lot of time to interact with your child. Stick to one language at home. You need to see an ENT and a speech therapist too.
