Trouble sleeping

I have not been sleeping well past few days. Normally (during lockdown), I developed a very bad sleep schedule (5:30am to 2pm). Past 48 hrs, I slept only for 2 hrs. I am a student and will be travelling to London in 2 weeks.

There's a quick fix solution- which is medicine which will help you in the short term and there's a long term solution- which is having a fixed routine/ schedule. Please consult a Psychiatrist for the same.
