As tripahal is a an ayurvedic medicine so you will need to ask an ayurvedic physician for this. We practice only alopathic medicine. See you need life style modification. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink plenty of water Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid alcohol. Avoid tobacco. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Don't over eat . Have green leafy vegetables and fruits.
