Trigger point and mobilty pain at lower back, unable to lift small weight without strain in the lower back, kind of Muscle knot , also while sudden change of direction theres some sort of discomfort left groin area!

Hi... I recommend you to kindly fix u an appointment with a physio to get sift tissue work and mobilisation done...
