Trigger finger

From last 1 week, I'm observing my left-hand ring finger is triggering (stuck 1sec & release) with bit pain. I search about this over the internet & find out it's called as "Trigger Finger". There is no swelling on my finger. It's looking normal. As far as I can remember it has also not hit by anything. Mostly, I feel this "triggering" effect more when I wake up from bed in morning. But, after few minutes doing some exercise in the gym, it'll get almost normal with a very few triggering feeling. Same thing , I've also noticed after biking for 45mins(my home - work location). Currently, I'm doing some finger stretching exercise which got to know from the Internet. After doing that also I feel very much relaxed. Till now don't know what could be the cause. But, I need some professional advice to solve it.

Trigger finger is very common problem, don't worry.I think u have done lot of research on it already. As for treatment part. Keep doing physiotherapy as advised by our physiotherapist friends. If the problem persists or increase then go to orthopaedic. An steroid injection locally relieve this problem most of the time. If not then v have to go for small surgery to release the tendon. It is very small and daycare procedure with good success rates.

See a physiotherapist for physical assessment it could be due to some muscle imbalance. So the tight muscles need to be released and stretched. In the mean time you can do hot fermentation and finger mobility exercises.
