Tricep and ulnar nerve issue

Since I am having ulnar nerve subluxation, I have been told by doctors that it maybe due to tight triceps hence i massage my triceps...while massaging i feel bubbles that tend to move inside my triceps...is it normal or are these bubbles the reason behind the subluxation?

Consult Now
They do not seem to be the reason behind the subluxation. Thay may simply be individual Triceps muscle fibres getting stretched with your massaging.
