I would like to start using tretinoin but not sure about a good moisturiser to use along with this. I live in Chennai which mean it gets very hot and having oily skin would cause pimples. I have acne prone skin. Please do suggest a moisturiser effective for both the dryness due to tretinoin keeping in mind the hot climate of Chennai
