Tremor problem

Hello sir, my hands are always shaking from last 10 months. I have to checked thyroid test, MRI brain, CBC, vitamin B12and vitamin D. All investigations are normal, but vitamin D level are 26. This is the reason or not for shaiking hands. Can you plz tell me about your valuable advice.
