Tremor in left hand

I am  right handed person . I write with right hand and  but eat with left hand and while eating  get tremors in left hand and while holding spoon is this normal or should i consult a doctor .

Could be due to anxiety. More  information is needed as how long it has been, is it increasing progressively?
