Treatment-resistant depression
Inam suffering from treatment resistant depression from 6 month i have tried SSRI, SNRI, antipsychotics they didn't help me at all m in still severe heaviness in head and moodswings suicidal thoughts low and m also suffering from migraine from 6 months is there any treatment for treatment resistant depression please

If Medicine are not helping youthen you need to be evaluated for any medical conditions such as Thyroid dysfunction etc.
And if everything is fine then going for electro convulsive therapy (ECT) is good option. Discuss regarding this with your Psychiatrist.

I have gone through you history clearly and found that really you have a difficult time. I would like to suggest you that, many times bipolar depression got miss diagnosed as unipolar depression. That leads to treatment failure. Also some cases personality factor and stressors also lead to treatment failure. Usually treatment resistance depression does not evolve in 6 months .
