Treatment for haemorrhoids in pregnancy

30 weeks pregnant on oral Progesterone suffering from hemorrhoid since 10 days. No pain or ulceration or bleeding. Only swelling around the Anus. Proctosedyl BD is showing no help in last week. Can anything else help? I want to heal soon as it's very upsetting. I m 33 and it's first pregnancy natural conception. I also have mild itching around my vagina. Please help

Dryness of local part makes it itchy. Apply Clotri 1% ointment on outer part . For piles, have fibers in diet, drink more water in routine ,

Progesterone at 30 weeks?? Reason?? This should settle on its own If ur constipation free If not connect with a surgeon Itching is a sign of vaginal Infection Both are unrelated Fr a prescription u need to connect online
