My son who is 15 years is suffering from cold stuffy nose and cough (wet) for the last week.... I have given him ventryl syrup and Cheston cold. I have given him Azithral 500 today..... Do I need to nebulize also

Please Give him tulsi leaves kadha Twice a day Tab allegra 3 1 Tab aziwok 3 500mg 1 Tab riconia 3 1 Put nasoclear nasal drops in both nostrils Twice a day Re Consult if needed
