According to me it can be anxiety issues causing u gastric trouble.usually stress can cause gastric trouble.
I believe you should keep check on vitals and wait for time being .till then relax take deep breath .take plenty of fluids and avoid junk food and spicy food ,if things dont go well u can consult and we may plan a treatment Approach.
