Travel during Pregnancy

I'm 3week (19 days) pregnant. I n my hubby were taking some medicines to conceive. My doctor said me not to travel long. But I 've one important function@ native in 29 Jan. Doctor can u please tell me why and if I can travel can I go by car or bus or train. Please advice me doctor.

Doctor has rightly advised you not to travel as this is precious pregnancy for you.Still, if you need to travel, train journey will be preferable
