Hi. Since you have an uncomplicated pregnancy, you can travel. However, take a few precautions.
1. Stay hydrated
2. Take a walk every 2 hours. It will prevent blood clot formation in your legs (women r more prone to this during pregnancy) & swelling.
3. Keep your regular medications and extra for vomiting, acidity
5. In case you experience any problem, don't hesitate in informing railway staff & getting help.
