Transabdominal USG and pregnancy

Hello i have done the whole abdomen USG on 17 september. And my report is normal and the size of the uterus is 7.0*3.5*4.0cm . My last intercourse in april and I have tested beta HCG many times and I get negative results . Is there any chance that I am pregnant . Can transabdominal USG detect 6 months of baby.
