I did this scan today and i was told that there is no pregnancy.. pls can someone confirm and tell me if there is no pregnancy?? attaching scan below.. Pls help

Ultrasound scan does not have any pregnancy For ultrasound scan to detect pregnancy,it has to be atleast 5 week  Before that sonography can't detect pregnancy
