Hi, could anyone explain what the meaning of the above diagnosis is? Does it really need surgery or can it be resolved without surgery? Thanks for your help

A sinus inside  rectum . No use of medicine probably  solve the problem. Consult  gastroenterologist  once if he suggest surgery  go for it.
