Tongue tie ..also known as ankyloglossia is a common phenomenon...where the lingual frenum doesn't get completely separated from the tongue and hence causing difficulty in tongue movement which in turn causes speech difficulty, pronunciation of particular words and to an extent of causing lingual bone resorption of the front lower teeth and making them mobile(to move). Treatment options will be just to release the frenum from the tongue and make it free. Surgery is the only option and is also quite safe.. Laser assisted surgeries is the best what is going on right now over conventional blade assisted surgeries Within matter of few days u can resume your normal activities.
Next Steps
consult an oral surgeon and get to know about it
