I got pimples on my tounge unable eat food properly from last 3 days onwards.this could heppned to me for every month.please help me out this problem

U may be suffering frm gastric problem or vitamins defieceny!Plz take Vit supplements,containing Vit B complex,etc n use mouthwash regularly! U can take an anti-acid tab,as advised by ur physician
