Tounge flared out

A corner of tounge flared out 1-2 times in a month and last for 3-4 days. It just felt as tounge cut by teeth. For this period i suffer speak & swallow something. The problem persists for last 4-5 years. Is it indication of vitamin & mineral deficiency or something else. What is permanent solution.

You need to get the tongue examined by an Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon.  Since this is happening since many years and keeps recurring, a thorough examination of the concerned area is required after which further treatment plan will be decided and medications prescribed.
