I am having this red things inside the lateral portion of the toung. Not having pain or swelling. I am using cleanora for 2 days. But before using it I did not had pain not even haing after using it. I was asking is it natural red portion or not. If it is natural then I will stop using it. And I am having cold runny nose coff coming out of my mouth as well. Can anyone guide
