From the past 3 months am sleeping 4 days per week. Feeling lot stressed. Please advice. Can it be cured.

Why sir? Anything that keeps you awake? Stop any caffeine intake, drink lots of water and exercise regularly. Try meditation and yoga. It will help bring your sleep patterns to normal.
