Total RBC count is high than normal

Total RBC count as 5.81 ( normal values are 4.5 -5.5 millions/cumm ) and packed cell volume /hematocrit as 51.5 ( normal values are 40-50 vol % ) ..so both are not in normal range ..does it mean am suffering from.major problem related to bone marrow cancer ? ( Polycythemia ) please let me know the cause for this high level RBC count... remaining values are normal.except these two...am not Experiencing any major symptoms as of now..

HELLO, GO FOR BONE MARROW BIOPSY, WILL DIAGNOSTIC TO PROOF   WHATEVER THE DISEASE. SIMPLE BLOOD REPORT CAN'T DIAGNOS SEVER CONDITION. O.K
