Recently went through asthma attack, currently on antibiotics and anti allergic meds, pumps and nasal sprays. Diagnosed with very IgE. Is this anything serious? Can this be treated?

Hi High IgE is suggestive you have atopy. But if you recurrent asthma exacerbations, or poorly controlled asthma: other tests like absolute eosinophil content, chest xray and aspergillus specific IgE test should be done to rule out ABPA. for further guidance please consult online.
