It's pyorrhea. If you are having more saliva problem along with this then body mucous has increased

Add some citrus fruits like to your diet as these are good source of vitamin C . Use soft brush for brushing your teeth . Brush only once in a day . You can start rinsing your mouth during night instead of brushing with a mouthwash. Rinse your mouth after every meal .

Boil some lavang ( long) in the water and do kulla two times in a day.... Second do not eat curd ,rice and maize roti. And you can also start antibiotics.

For pain and bleeding gums, u can add a pinch of alum in honey, rub on the the gums, leave it for 5 to 7 minutes and after gargle with jatyadi tail. Eat lots of of vit c rich fruits and vegetables.
