I'm having pain in my front teeth for few days. In very next teeth I had cavity that is fixed with dental filling. I'm not able to eat or even drink as it pains a lot. What's the problem? :(

As far as I can see I think there is a cavity between the two teeth. There may be an underlying infection in the teeth  You need to get an x-ray done so it can be evaluated further
Next Steps
visit the nearest dentist asap  and get an xray done
Health Tips
don't apply any clove, tobacco or hot or cold and don't self Medicate

As far as I can see there is a minor swelling adjacent to your tooth. This could be the reason of discomfort. You need to visit a dentist and get an xray done for that region so as to confirm the problem.
Next Steps
until then pls do warm saline rinses
