I'm having tooth sensitivity in my lower jaw. I tried using anti sensitive paste "hydent k" but still I'm having the issue. Could you please state some preventive measures?

Sensitivity could be because of a lot of factors ranging from repeated consumption of acidic food and aerated beverages, to wear and tear of teeth. Are you under any form of stress that makes you grind your teeth at night- that could lead to grinding/wearing away of your teeth?( Habit is called bruxism. Symptoms are - sore cheek and jaw muscles in the morning when you wake up)

At this age it may be due to poor oral hygiene. To confirm go for opg xray . Toothpaste with give only temporary relief. If any cavity or decay is there then toothpaste will not help.
