Tooth root and Gum issues
My tooth are quite loose and feel like they shake from depth of roots.
My gum are shrinking as teeths root are showing up and looks big teeth.

You seem to be having periodontal infection. Please consult a good periodontist for gum treatment. Depending on the severity you may require scaling and polishing or even periodontal flap Surgery if pockets are deep.
